Green Kitchen
The concept of Green Kitchen is to move urbane gardening inside the kitchen into a number of specially designed modules. All modules can be height adjusted using the up/down buttons.
Under the work surface, UV LED-lights are mounted for optimal growth conditions. These lights are planned to be in function at normal night hours for more sustainable electricity and for minimal disturbance of the Kitchen users. The kitchen is designed by Philip Bro Ludvigsen.
